An innovative project for artist’s and art lovers.
The Event aims and objectives are to:
- To expose an exciting, contemporary program of international artists to the art lovers of the West Midlands.
- To exhibit the artwork of established artists at the same time as emerging new talent.
- To make the contemporary arts as accessible to the widest possible audience and increase participation in art events in general.
- We are committed to ensuring our events are inclusive and accessibility to all.
- We aim to established creative partnerships, to engage those involved or currently outside of the arts and collaborate at regional, national and international levels with artists or arts organisations.
Relevance of the venture
The context for our work is often sited within the public realm. The selection of work will support the sense of attraction towards the audience. The promoting material will include an artist bio and a description of the artwork to aid an ‘effortless understanding.’ Supporting the visual artwork, there will be material in verbal or written form. Our aim is always to consider the straightforwardness of the communication of the artist’s endeavour.
The openness of the project for all media and subjects gives the effort of desirable quality for approved choice by selected curators with sensible knowledge and skills for aesthetical and artistic qualities. The numbers of invited curators eliminates the threat of subjectivity of judgment and boosts the fairness of the process, upping the chances for emerging pieces of art to be promoted by us.
